NEBF's investment in Central Park East project is at the forefront of private redevelopment efforts in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. Downtown now boasts two major sports venues, a new convention center, a new downtown campus of Arizona State University, and is the hub of a regional light-rail system currently under construction. This amenity base has encouraged the construction of high-rise residential, commercial and hotel projects, which are transforming the downtown area. The Central Park East project will deliver the first new high-rise office space to downtown in nearly a decade, and will be the most technically and aesthetically advanced office building in the Valley of the Sun. Future phases may include residential, retail and component of the new ASU Downtown Campus.
